Bubble tea gets most of the spotlight, but Taiwanese street food deserves just as much love. Dishes like popcorn chicken and braised pork rice are staples you'll find on almost every night market corner in Taiwan, each stall with its own twist passed down through generations.

At BOBO CHA BAR, we wanted our menu to feel like that same night market energy: fast, fresh, and full of flavor. Our popcorn chicken is seasoned and fried to order, and our braised pork rice simmers low for hours until the meat is tender enough to fall apart over warm rice.
